 The thought of having sex with a person that attracts you or anyone you love is enough to accelerate your heart, so imagine the benefits it has for your health to be involved in a healthy sexual relationship.
  A study conducted at Queen's University, Belfast, found that sex practiced three times a week is enough to halve the risk of heart attacks or strokes. In women, sex increases the production of estrogen, known protector of heart health. And there's good news for men: another study says that having sex twice or more times a week reduces the risk of fatal heart attacks by 50 percent, compared with those who exercise less than once per month.
