Food is not sexy, or otherwise known as "anaphrodisiac" has the opposite effect aphrodisiac foods. Through my research I found that foods that are considered not sexy, that reduce our libido, tend to be items that should be set aside for those trying to lose weight. Why? Food is not sexy, yes, those that reduce your sexual desires tend to be high in calories, carbohydrates and fats!
The problem with foods rich in carbohydrates is that not only contain sugar and fat but are also generally low in vitamins, minerals and fiber. People tend to eat these foods high in carbohydrates in excess, provide to themselves "empty" calories that contribute to risk of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
We know that fat is not good for us, but certain fats are essential, especially fatty foods such as olives and avocados (avocados) because they are also very nutritious.
So why foods high in carbohydrates and fats affect our sexual desire? Well, foods that contain carbohydrates and fats actually reduce your strength and take away the body with energy, energy that your body can use to burn calories. So sexy eat and lose weight.
