Jessica Perez: "I do not diet, but try not to eat processed foods"

As a model, the Latin Jessica Perez has to stay in shape. For her, exercise habits and eating well are as important as the proper rest and relaxation. What exercise you enjoy most? What is your exercise routine?

I practice yoga, run and with my personal trainer I workout with resistance bands, weights of 1.5 to 3 pounds, and balance exercises and Pilates. I do exercises with the Pilates machine are some of my favorites. If I have a lot of energy I like to run, and if it hurts the body using yoga as rehabilitation for the body.

Do you do any kind of diet? What do you consider the best?

I do not do any specific diet, but I try to "measure me" and not eating processed foods too often. I also use olive oil instead of butter and try not to eat carbohydrates and sweets at night.

What foods are always in your refrigerator?

Milk, breakfast cereal because it always.

How many hours of sleep a day? How many need to feel good?

I sleep approximately 6 to 7 hours a day, but I need to feel good about 7.5 to 8 hours.

What do you release stress and relax?

When I feel stressed I go for a walk with my dog Sasha or stay on the couch with her stroking. Some time ago I read that petting a dog helps relieve stress and I realize it's true.

What do you think is the beauty of Latin women?

The Latina beauty lies in the strength, joy, health, and the passion we have for life.
