Rang my blackberry instant messenger and the first thing I see when opening the message is the word YES! a message of Gaby Espino, and when I see the file, is the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine in the June issue. My smile was of pride, satisfaction and once again the theme of my foundation and my book IF YOU CAN!
After giving birth to Oriana, Gaby, Richard Linares and I set out to return to their previous figure. After fighting the mind and work hard, care for the mouth of temptations and despite not wanting to get up to go to the gym, Gaby managed, thanks to his tenacity and his commitment, a body not only spectacular but healthy.

1) Sweeten with "Stevia" or "Splenda"
2) Do 45 minutes cardio at least 3 times a week, but if every day is better
3) Take green tea before doing my exercises to burn more calories
4) eat a good breakfast
5) Drink plenty of water
6) Do not go grocery shopping hungry
7) Make fasting cardio to burn fat already accumulated
8) Put statements in my fridge that say: "I have a healthy body and healthy"
9) Remove the carbs at night
10) Eat 5-6 small meals a day to boost metabolism
